Real estate isn’t just my profession—it’s my passion. For me, it’s always been about building relationships. Over the past three decades, I’ve had the privilege of experiencing the industry from a wide range of perspectives, each day bringing new challenges and opportunities.

With deep, hands-on experience navigating the complexities of real estate transactions, I relate well to other brokers and agents. I’ve proudly served on the Boards of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Maryland Realtors (MR), and the Anne Arundel County Association of Realtors (AACAR), where I was honored to serve as President from 2010 to 2011. My peers elected me twice to serve as a DVP Representative on the MR Executive Committee. I’m a graduate of the Maryland Realtors Leadership Academy and have participated in leadership seminars through ASAE. Over the years, I’ve chaired or co-chaired numerous committees across all three associations and currently serve on the NAR Data Strategies Committee.

My career has evolved alongside the industry. In 2012, I entered the flexible workspace sector, which sparked my interest in commercial real estate. The following year, I joined StreetEasy during its expansion into the DC Metro area—an exciting time that soon shifted when Zillow acquired the company and paused national expansion. That shift led me to Homesnap, where I helped launch Homesnap Pro and served as Head of Industry Relations. In that role, I forged key partnerships and led the training team, always with a focus on delivering the best possible agent experience.

In October 2020, I joined Move/Realtor.com to lead Industry Relations marketing and serve as a liaison with the REALTORS® Information Network, supporting the strategic partnership between NAR and Realtor.com After nearly two years, I launched RE Advisory LLC, providing consulting services across tech integration, product launches, and industry relations strategy.

In 2024, a new chapter began when I joined Magnolia Asset Services (formerly WCM Global Wealth) as Director of Real Estate and became Broker-in-Charge of 11 Bridges Property Group, LLC. In these roles, I oversee multi-million dollar residential and commercial development projects.

I remain deeply committed to this industry and to the indispensable role that agents play in real estate transactions. I’m grateful for every opportunity I’ve had—and even more so for the meaningful relationships I’ve built along the way.
